I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I was picked up at the airport by a friendly local driver, I knew it was going to be a great experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome at all times. The room was nice and comfortable, and the room service was very prompt in responding to my requests. The hotel's location was perfect for me as a business traveler, being in the financial district and close to the city center. Additionally, being next to the Bahrain World Trade Center towers was a great advantage. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The free wifi was fast and accessible throughout the hotel, which was a big plus.

Exquisite Service and Memorable Dining Experience

During our recent stay at Sheraton, we were blown away by the exceptional service and the unforgettable dining experience at Al Safir Restaurant. The staff, especially Ajay and Satya , went above and beyond to make our celebration special. They paid attention to every detail and made us feel comfortable and pampered throughout the evening. The buffet spread was extensive and catered to everyone's taste. We couldn't resist going back for seconds! The attention to detail and personalized assistance from the F&B team truly made our stay remarkable.

The restaurants, especially the Persian restaurant in the basement was excellent. It was a fabulous culinary experience. Apart from the restaurany, I found the service, especially from the bell desk exceptional, theri service and local knowledge were excellent. I found the front desk supervisors to be very good - they strived very hard to find a good room. The internet in the room was free and it worked very well.

They do no thave an airport drop service. The Chinese restaurant is always closed.

Very bad entrance design ( it doesnot reflect ahotel welcoming entrance and in my openion it must be redesigned and inhanced to make respect for guists . The current hotel entrance is depressing and doesnt give a feeling of sheraton Second thing is the bad smill of the carpet around elevators area Third comment is the interior decorations of the rooms like walls colores and type of doors looks cheep.

The location of this hotel is amazing, as it is right near everything. It is in the financial district and the mall, providing easy access to world trade centre. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is top-notch, especially the gym, which is one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.
